Sweden: Land of ScienceI'm gonna try posting a few pics a day from the Ikea desks and the Ikea chairs while I'm learning the ropes at MAX-lab. For the benefit of all who want to share in this (meaning, pretty much only people who know me), but whom I fail to email regulary.
At left, a demonstration of the fact that planes don't actually fly; they are buses with air pressure adjusting systems and cloudscapes that scroll by outside the windows. (The planes we see in the sky are just toys, part of the scam.) This simple, reasonable explanation accounts for the fact that the weather in Amsterdam is identical to what it was when I left the states. And it's the same now that I'm eating lunch in the Pausrum and not the break room.
